Safety, awareness and defensive skills
Feel safe at home.
Know what to do.
Most of being prepared has nothing to do with a firearm. It is noticing early, stepping away, keeping your home safe, knowing the law, and being able to stop a bleed. When there is truly no other choice, it is the skill to end a threat safely. I teach all of it, at ranges and classrooms across the Triangle.

Most of my students had never been to a range before their first class.
Where would you like to start?
No experience needed. No judgment, ever.
Being prepared is mostly not about guns.
Mindset & awareness
Notice early, avoid, de-escalate. The best outcome is the one where nothing happens.
Safety at home
Safe storage, kids and guests, and a family plan everyone in the house knows.
Skill
Safe handling first, then fundamentals, then defensive shooting under stress.
Judgment & the law
When force is justified, when it is not, and what happens in the hours after.
Care
Stop the bleed and trauma first aid. The life you save may be someone you love.
Practice
Skills fade. You leave every class with a plan to keep them, and reminders to use it.
Upcoming classes
Small groups at four friendly locations.

For the whole household
Classes you can take together.
Partners, grandparents and older teens are welcome in the classroom courses. Nobody has to touch a firearm.

Hi, I’m Jordan.
I teach everyday people — parents, retirees, nurses, first-time owners — to keep their homes safe and to stay calm when it matters.
More about me →I bought a pistol after a break-in on our street and was honestly scared of it. Jordan started with the safe and the kids, not the trigger. I sleep better now.
The permit class covered the law. Carrying Responsibly is where I learned what carrying actually asks of you — including all the times you should walk away.
Stop the Bleed should be required for everyone. I put a kit in both cars the same night.
